Utah’s Right to Know has been updated with 55 new entries for disciplinary actions from the Utah Division of Real Estate. The information, updated quarterly, can be searched by name, city and position.
Nearly half of those disciplined by the division were working as sales agents. Most often, those disciplined had their licensed suspended after some sort of criminal activity occurred. Twenty-nine people were fined as part of their disciplinary action, with $500 being the most common fine. Fines ranged from $250 to $19,500.
